Nanoelectronics has experienced worldwide attention and rapid development recently. However, size controlling and patterning of nanostructures are still challenging. Here, we used a charge-transfer complex, copper tetracyanoquinodimethane (CuTCNQ), as an example to demonstrate a simple way to realize these.
