Prof. Paul S. Weiss, Distinguished Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry of UCLA，was invited to deliver a Molecular Science Forum Lecture on Monday, August 23, 2010, at the Institute of Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICCAS). Prof. Lijun Wan, ICCAS Director awarded him the certificate and medal of Molecular Science Forum Lecture Professorship to him.

With the titles of Fred Kavli Chair in NanoSystems Sciences,  Distinguished Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry and Editor-in-Chief of ACS Nano, Prof. Weiss is the fellow of American Association for the Advancement of Science, American Chemical Society, American Physical Society and American Vacuum Society, as well as Senior Member of IEEE. Hewas also winners of the National Science Foundation Presidential Young Investigator, the American Chemical Society Nobel Laureate Signature Award for Graduate Education in Chemistry, and the National Science Foundation Creativity Award, etc.
