This paper described the three-dimensional anisotropic ACNT microstructures that constructed by CVD method on silicon templates with well-defined structure. It brought about new properties of wettability. Super-hydrophobic (Contact angle > 150 ^o) and very hydrophilic (Contact angle < 30 ^o) properties can be both achieved by simply change of structural parameter.
